Exhibit Area Layout
Format: Join your favorite outdoor brands for two days of learning, hands-on experience and fun in the great outdoors. The 360AC Outdoor Experience at Reflection Riding Arboretum is designed to bring buyers, retail staff, and sales reps together to test product, learn new skills, and reconnect with the outdoors in a beautiful camp setting. Attendees will be able to camp, climb, explore trails (hike & run) and participate in one-of-a-kind specialized hands-on presentations.
This event is outdoors, so please bring your favorite outdoor clothing, based on weather conditions.
Severe Weather: Should severe weather move in quickly (lightning, high winds), everyone will seek shelter in the Nature Center adjacent to the Exhibit field until it passes.
Lunch will be provided to all participants both days.
Pre Registration: Retail Registration is open, and required to attend this event. Even though this event is outdoors, please leave your 4 legged adventure buddy at home for safety reasons.
Miscellaneous: Exhibitor Village will be in the Candy Flats area at Reflection Riding Arboretum, with
Camping near by.
Hotel Reservations : We will not utilize a Hotel Block for this event, but all major chains are located less than 3 minutes from Reflection Riding Arboretum.
