EVENT DESCRIPTION

This is a private event for retail store buyers and staff.

This Event is designed to bring buyers, retail staff, and sales reps together to test product, learn new skills, and reconnect with the outdoors in a beautiful camp setting at Reflection Riding Arboretum. Attendees will be able to camp, climb, explore trails (hike & run) and participate in one-of-a-kind specialized hands-on presentations (must be 18 years old to attend).

This event is outdoors, so please bring your favorite outdoor clothing, based on weather conditions.

While we love Dogs as much as you do, please leave your 4 legged adventure buddy at home, so we can stay focused on learning new skill sets.

Liability Waiver must be signed by all Retail Attendees & Exhibitors.

We will not utilize a Hotel Block for this event, but all major chains are located less than 3 minutes from Reflection Riding Arboretum. Camping is available in the Candy Flats area, is highly encouraged and was utilized by the majority of attendees last year!

Exhibit Area Layout

Format:  Join your favorite outdoor brands for two days of learning, hands-on experience and fun in the great outdoors. The 360AC Outdoor Experience at Reflection Riding Arboretum is designed to bring buyers, retail staff, and sales reps together to test product, learn new skills, and reconnect with the outdoors in a beautiful camp setting. Attendees will be able to camp, climb, explore trails (hike & run) and participate in one-of-a-kind specialized hands-on presentations.

This event is outdoors, so please bring your favorite outdoor clothing, based on weather conditions.

Severe Weather: Should severe weather move in quickly (lightning, high winds), everyone will seek shelter in the Nature Center adjacent to the Exhibit field until it passes.

Lunch will be provided to all participants both days.

Entrance to Facility & Registration area:

• Signage encouraging social distancing, with 6’ markers on the floor at registration.

• Face coverings encouraged and available for no charge at the registration desk.

• Hand sanitizing stations provided through the facility.

• Individual Kiosk stations for on-site retailer registration.

Inside the Hall:

• Widened aisles & directional arrows

• The Café will have social distance staging markers on the floor and Plexiglas hygiene barriers at each order station. The number of tables inside the Café will be reduced and the remainder will be spaced to provide better distancing.

• Afternoon Snacks and Reception have been eliminated this season.
